- How he gets a HUGE smile and thumps his legs up and down in the crib when we go into his room in the morning (or sometimes in the middle of the night!)
- The little curl on the top of his head (in the same exact spot as Daddy's)
- The way he runs his tongue over his newly-found bottom teeth
- The way he turns his head to look at me and smile when I'm reading him a story
- His "I'm so proud of myself" smile when he holds his head up when he's on his belly
- The flat, wide, goofy smile he makes sometimes
- How he opens his mouth SO wide in anticipation of the next spoonful of food
- His excitement when you look down at him from the landing when he's hanging out in the kitchen
- The way he buries his face into my neck when he's shy or flirting with someone
- How much he LOVES bathtime and loves to kick his legs and anticipates getting splashed in the face
- The look on his face when I pick him up from school (this has got to be one of the best things in this whole world)
- The way he "talks" to me the whole way home from school (I swear he is telling me about his day)
- The way he laughs when we bounce him up and down in front of the mirror
We love this boy more and more every day. He is such a miracle and we feel so incredibly blessed to have him in our lives.
